The final OHMC event of 2020 will be the Muskie Munch at Piedmont on Saturday, October 24.\u00a0\u00a0 This event was originally scheduled for Salt Fork but has been moved to Piedmont Lake.\u00a0 Piedmont has been on fire the last 30 days, with 3 fish over 50\u201d being caught that we know.\u00a0 This one-day tournament is a big fish tournament with the winner catching the longest fish of the day.<\/p>\n

The event will begin at 7:30 am on Saturday and concludes at 5 pm.\u00a0 The winning fish has to be at least 30 inches or greater.\u00a0 The 1st<\/sup> place winner and any ties will receive trophies at our 2021 Banquet.\u00a0 All fish must be turned into the Tournament Director by 5:30 pm at the Piedmont Marina parking lot.<\/p>\n

The campground at Piedmont will be open for those who want to make a weekend of the event.\u00a0 Here is the site to make a reservation:<\/p>\n

We encourage registration online or by mail to respect the risks due to Covid 19.<\/p>\n

The entry fee will be $15 and there will be a big fish pool entry of $5.\u00a0\u00a0 Proceeds of this tournament will help fund the club\u2019s contribution to the Minnow Fund.\u00a0 Currently the club\u2019s Minnow Fund has over $4,000 saved for next year\u2019s purchase.<\/p>\n
